Jack Fallos proudly represents the 4th generation to lead McClure’s Garage Inc., carrying forward a family legacy of hard work, dedication, and community service as the youngest son of Elmer Jr. and Joyce Fallos, having learned the business from the ground up—from pushing a broom as a child to mastering every aspect of operations before earning ownership—and he truly embodies hard work, determination, and a deep commitment to putting his family and those in need before himself.

Tricia is the beauty and shining light of McClure’s Garage, expertly handling payroll and bookkeeping while keeping the men in line and bringing a valuable woman’s perspective to the shop; she and Jack have proudly shared over 37 years of marriage.

Michael, the 5th generation and eldest son of Jack and Tricia Fallos, is an ASE Certified Technician whose extensive automotive training—from Lake County Tech Campus to earning two automotive associate degrees from the College of Lake County—reflects his lifelong dedication to McClure’s Garage and his family.

Matthew, the 5th generation and youngest son of Jack and Tricia Fallos, brings exceptional people skills to McClure’s Garage by handling tough calls, navigating challenging warranty companies, specializing in communication, managing the small engine department, and serving as a service writer for the automotive department—so if you call, chances are Matthew will be the friendly voice greeting you.

William, McClure’s Garage’s lead automotive technician and diagnostic specialist, has been a cornerstone of our success for 30 years, bringing unmatched experience and skill through every era of automotive evolution—from points to electronic ignition, carburetors to fuel injection, and every wheel along the way.

Justin Vincent, a veteran of the United States Navy, specialized in helicopter repair during his service before earning two automotive associate degrees at the College of Lake County, where he became friends with Mike Fallos, and today brings that expertise to McClure’s Garage as an ASE Certified automotive technician.

Caleb is a talented young technician who began his automotive career full-time after high school, first gaining hands-on experience at McClure’s Garage during summer breaks, expanding his skills at a dealership, and ultimately returning to McClure’s Garage to run his own bay—making us incredibly proud to be part of his journey and excited for the bright future ahead.

Jacob, our Lead Small Engine Technician, has been a trusted part of McClure’s Garage for over 15 years, combining his passion for old-school hot rods and motorcycles with expert small engine knowledge, while also serving as a highly trained tow truck operator specializing in everything from roadside service to advanced vehicle recovery.

Devon is a bright young talent whose unmatched motivation and versatility make him an incredible asset to McClure’s Garage, excelling as both a small engine and automotive technician with the skill to diagnose and repair everything from a chainsaw to a semi—and we could not be prouder to have him on our team.
